The rapid growth of industries cause significant increase amount of the process wastes. Without control in the proper way, the process wastes from the consumer goods plants will be harmful to environment as well as public’s health. To be tangible successful and sustainable in the industrial waste management as the government’s expectation, a joint venture company between the government and private sectors was established. The General Environmental Conservation Public Company Limited or GENCO was established for being and important machine to protect the environment from increase in the industrial wastes. The GENCO was established as a limited company in 1994, thereafter turned to be a public company. The Ministry of industry. The Department of industrial work remains the principal shareholder for supervising and leading to the public confidant. Presently partners of the GENCO are the public and investors (81.66%)The Ministry of industry (16.67%) and industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (1.67%). With Registered Capital 900 Million Bath
