Physical - Chemical Treatment for Electroplating
Wastewater from electroplating factories possess high content of heavy metals and value high toxicity. This treatment plant make use of heavy metals precipitation process. The watery part (effluent) after tested and met the standard can discharge to the public drainage. Solid or precipitated parts (Sludge) is further stabilized and then disposed to secure landfill.

Physical - Chemical Treatment for Dyeing
Wastewater
The nature of wastewater from dyeing industry contains heavily colored, suspended solid and COD. Solidification by coagulating and flocculation is used to separate solid content from liquid. The watery part (effluent) after tested and met the standard can discharge to the public drainage. Solid or precipitated parts (Sludge) is further stabilized and then disposed to secure landfill.

Secure Landfill System
Secure Landfill used for filling non-hazardous industrial waste and hazardous waste that has been stabllized process and has been made into solid. The secure site has been prepared with the technology used for hazardous waste, which effectively prevents the water or pollutant from escaping into the environment. Compacted until the water seepage rate in 1x10-7 CM/s and then lined with 8 layers of materials with leachate collection properly. After the waste have filled up, the landfill site will be covered with layers of the same materials. Then , plants will be grown on the site to beautiful the environment.

 The transportation vehicles have been specially designed for each type of industrial waste. There are tankers for industrial waste there are wastewater of sludge, lugger trucks for semi-solid wastes, roll-off trucks for solid waste drum trailer for containerized waste and chemical transporter especially for chemical waste. SMD facilty is equipped with quality transportion system such as tank trucks and dump trucks. Drivers are specially trained in personal and environmental safety.
Laboratory plays an important and central role in our operation. Laboratory and it's staff are involved in the acceptance, delivery control, process quality control and environmental control. This ensures that wastes are collected, treated and disposed in the most effective and environmentally safe way.

For health and safety, GENCO operates a comprehensive safety management system ensuring that safety practices are followed by its staffs and visitor. GENCO aims to keep environment clean and clear, and also live with its communities. The past serveral yaers, GENCO has done many activities with the communities around its plant such as set up the environmental fund for community, arrange green area, sponsor for education and sport, include with procure the mobile healthy unit. Moreover, GENCO intend to implant our youth that we called "New Generation" realize about the important of environmental conservation, so we have done the science project contest and science camp for primary schools. And up to open all GENCO's plant for everybody to visit for learning and inspecting our activities and treatment methods all the time, ensuring that they have clear understanding of our operations, environmental controls, preventive and corrective measures.
In addition to the primary business of industrial waste treatment and disposal, the Company has expanded its operating objectives to include the property development business as a complementary activity. This will help expand the revenue base and enhance organizational stability. This venture is still in the initial phase of operations, with further details provided below.
The Company’s portfolio of real estate comprises of residential townhouses, commercial buildings and condominiums, located primarily within the greater Bangkok Metropolitan area.
Townhouses: The Company targets the middle-income range market and those who prefer a residence with sufficient living space in a suburban location. One successfully completed project is Baan Naowarat (Rattanathibet-Bang Bua Thong) in the Nonthaburi Province which encompasses an area of 7 Rai, 3 Ngan and 97 square wah. A total of 100 units have been constructed with 50 percent already reserved or purchased.
Commercial buildings: The Company targets the middle-income range market that prefers commercial locations bordering the metropolitan area. One successfully completed project is Asia Commercial 1, located in Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province encompassing an area of 799 square wah. There are now a total of 39 successfully completed units for sale, of which, 59 percent have already been reserved or purchased. Another commercial building project currently under construction is Asia Commercial 2 (currently change name to Bang Bua Thong Home Office), located in the Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province encompassing an area of 688 square wah and comprising of 25 units. This project is now completed with 32 percent already reserved or purchased.
Condominiums: Target customers are the middle-income to high-income market segment that require compact, functional and modern housing containing efficient utilization of space. Convenient transportation options are also a primary factors for these target customers. One company project is The Plenary located in the Klong Sarn District of Bangkok. The project covers an area of 627 square wah and comprises of 163 units. Construction is presently 100 percent completed and begin accepting reservations or purchase.
